AN OPEN JOINT MEETING OF THE TII AND ENERGETIKA DEPARTMENTS WAS HELD AT KARIU WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF A FOREIGN PROFESSOR

On November 24, 2021, Karaganda Industrial University hosted a joint open meeting of the departments of «Artificial Intelligence Technologies» and «Energy» with the participation of a foreign guest of the university-Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Kryvyi Rih National University Tytyuka V. K..

The meeting of representatives of the two universities was held in a lively and fruitful format. According to the results of the meeting, key areas of cooperation between Karaganda Industrial University and Kryvyi Rih National University at the cathedral level were identified:

1) organization of professor’s consultationsTytyuka V. K. for undergraduates of the departments of «Energy» and «Artificial Intelligence Technologies» on the topics of dissertation research;

2) participation of the professo rTytyuka V. K. participated in the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Innovative technologies and Engineering» in KarIU;

3) conducting guest lectures of the professor Tytyuka V. K. for students of grades EPO-19, EPO-19k, ISA-19, ISA-19k and 1st year undergraduates of all KarIU educational programs;

4) mutual methodological assistance in the development of digital educational multimedia tasks;

5) participation of the faculty of Kryvyi Rih National University in reviewing scientific and research works, as well as educational programs of KarIU;

6) preparation of joint scientific articles for teaching staff of Kryvyi Rih National University and Karaganda Industrial University;

Visit of a professor of Kryvyi Rih National University Tytyuka Valery Konstantinovich’s visit to KarIU will last until December 16, 2021.

Technology of distance learning for technical specialties

 

On November 24 of this year, a master class “Technology of distance learning for technical specialties” was held at the Department of “Power Engineering” within the framework of the methodological week of the Faculty of “Power Engineering, Transport and Control Systems”, in which the Faculty of the University took part.

The master class was prepared by S.N. Kamarova, senior lecturer of the Department of “Energy”. As part of the master class, the teacher shared her work experience, revealed the proposed technology of distance learning.

The choice of a teacher for the quality of education is always a priority goal setting and is supported primarily by an individual or generally accepted methodology of cognition based on a classical didactic school, technical equipment of the educational process and various motivation tools. As an example, a didactic educational development on the topic “Sieve analysis of coal” is presented. The peculiarity of the development is that the educational material is structured according to the stages of cognition of the lecture topic, logically meaningful, applied in solving a practical problem for instilling skills and developing professional skills of students.

KarIU continues a series of seminars aimed at the prevention and prevention of trafficking in persons and youth

 

The department for educational work of the general meeting of the public fund “Kaisar” held a seminar on the topic “Combating human trafficking in public society” for students of the Kazakh branch. The purpose of this event was to raise awareness in the field of human trafficking. As a result of the seminar event, it was proposed to increase the legal literacy of the population in covering, identifying and combating online distributions associated with human trafficking.

During the seminar, students actively asked questions, participated in discussions and analyzed the risks of illegal employment. At the end of the training seminar, brochures were handed out with information on how not to fall into the networks of slave traders and telephones with a hotline.

Your choice is your life

Within the framework of the World AIDS Campaign, specialists of the Regional AIDS Department in Temirtau, together with the Department of Education, non-governmental organizations, carry out various activities aimed at increasing the knowledge of the population and measures to prevent HIV infection.
The Karaganda Industrial University has organized a photo exhibition “Your choice is your life!” dedicated to the prevention of drug addiction and HIV infection. The photo exhibition will be held from 22 to 26 November.
World AIDS Day gives us a chance to call everyone to shared responsibility, to eliminate inequality and end pandemics. The main purpose of this event is to attract public attention to the problem of the spread of this deadly disease and increase public awareness in the fight against HIV.
Preventive measures and a humane human-centered approach allow you to completely take HIV under control and make sure that no one will be left behind.

Students of our university took part in the bloggers forum. The Bloggers Forum was held in the Historical and Cultural Center of the First President with the participation of experienced speakers of the city of Temirtau. During the events, a master class on Social Media Marketing was organized for the participants, as well as a prize draw for the most active participants.
