In order to attract students for further employment in government agencies on December 4, 2019 in Karaganda state industrial university held a business meeting of graduate students with representatives of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs of Karaganda region, the organizer of the meeting is the head of the center “Career” Larisa Chepelyan.

On administrative and law enforcement service, told the meeting participants about the main activities of the department, the rules of admission to the civil service and the testing procedure.

During the meeting, Zhanar Dayypkyzy paid special attention to the fact that the new model of public service increased the possibility of employment in the civil service on the principle of open competition and transparency of selection, as well as career prospects on the principle of meritocracy.

Our state is interested in the fact that to work in the state bodies came not random people, but specially trained, competent, competent, possessing, but only professional, but also certain personal qualities, specialists, such criteria are absolutely suitable students of our university.

As part of the event on employment of graduates of technical profile on December 4, 2019 in Karaganda state industrial university held an organizational meeting of senior students with the Director of LLP “KAZPROM ENGINEERING” Alexey Latukhin. The meeting was organized by the head of the center “Career” Larisa Vitalievna Chepelyan.

The main purpose of the event was to discuss the possibility of passing industrial and pre-graduate practices of students, as well as employment of talented graduates of our university.

I would like to note that between Karaganda state industrial university and LLP “KAZPROM ENGINEERING” signed a Memorandum of long-term cooperation, and that this company is one of the main platforms base practices of students of technical specialties of our university.

Alexey Latukhin presented a presentation about “KAZPROM ENGINEERING” LLP to the participants of the event, told about the priority areas of work, working conditions, the level of wages, the social package provided to employees, and familiarized with the free vacancies so that everyone could go through practical training, internship or find a job in this company in the future.

After the presentation of the enterprise, representatives of the company conducted an interview with all interested students.

In the framework of the national project “Best student” student of Karaganda state industrial university Algabek Esbolsyn Algabekuly awarded the title “Best student – 2019” and was awarded a lapel badge “Uzdik student-2019”, the diploma of the III degree and included in the release of the book “Jas Kyran”.

In the book “Jas Kyran” are holders of “Altyn belgi” students of universities and colleges of the Republic, winners of international, Republican and regional Olympiads, conferences, projects, music competitions; the leaders and activists of youth movements; members of the national team of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the winners and medalists of the Olympic and international sports competition.

Entering into the collection is carried out on a competitive basis. The participants of the project are awarded the collection “Zhas Kyran”, the badge of special purpose “Uzdik student-2019” and the diploma of the I, II, III degree.

In the framework of the project, letter of thanks from the author of the state emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Malibekuly and the head Association of the National movement “Bobek” E. M. Abiyeva for assistance in the implementation of the project was awarded teacher of the Department “power engineering, automation and computer engineering” Kenjebayeva Tojan Serikovna.

From November 30 to December 2, 2019, students of the debate team “Abadan” of KSIU took an active part in the Republican debate tournament and won another bright victory!

The Republican debate tournament among students was held at the Polytechnic College of “Kazakhmys” Corporation in Balkhash.

In the competition, the strongest debaters of universities of Karaganda region showed their oratory.

The representative of the club “Abadan” of Karaganda state industrial University, a third-year student Omirzhol Rahymzhan won the title of “Best speaker”.

This is the third victory of our debaters in the nearest  month!

The winners and prize-winners of the debate tournament were awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes. All participants received letters of thanks.

As our students noted, among the participants there were many former Champions of such tournaments, so the debate was held at a high level.

Students of KSIU Shirman Alexander and Bobylev Artem took part in the III Summit of student leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, held in the city of Gorno-Altaysk of the Russian Federation.

The III Student Leadership Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held from November 27 to 30, 2019. The summit was attended by over 100 representatives of 6 countries. Only 10 children from Kazakhstan took part, of which two representatives of the Karaganda region are students of the Karaganda State Industrial University.

The SCO Student Leadership Summit is an international event traditionally held in Altai, which annually brings together student leaders from member countries, observers and dialogue partners of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The Summit participants were determined on the basis of a portfolio contest, in the framework of which the experience of activities in the field of students and the implementation of socially significant projects on key topics of the Summit were taken into account.

Participants, guests and experts were waited by the educational, cultural, creative and tourist program. As part of the Summit program, a series of master classes, panel discussions, round tables and lectures on key areas of activity of student associations were held.

The grand closing took place in the hall of the Academic Council of the Altai State University. The result of a three-day fruitful work was a resolution containing recommendations for improving the system of student self-government, youth project activities and the educational process. Based on the results of the vote, the draft resolution was adopted unanimously and will be finalized by participants and organizers in the course of further work and communication.

An important step in the development of partnerships and friendships between youth organizations at the international ice level was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the chairman of the All-Russian Student Union Oleg Tsapko and the Secretary General of the Omsk international UN model Vrezhik Fagradyan, who combined their organizations to work on relevant projects.

After summing up and presenting certificates, participants, organizers and experts were able to communicate and take stock in an informal setting.
