Saule Serikbayevna graduated from the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute (now the Karaganda Industrial University) in 2001 with a degree in Machines and Technology of Metal Forming by Pressure.
In 2002 she defended her master’s thesis in the specialty «Machines and technology of metal forming by pressure»
In 2004, Saule Serikbayevna graduated from the postgraduate course in the specialty 05.16.05 «Processing of metals by pressure», and since 2017 she continued her doctoral studies at the Karaganda State Technical University in the specialty «Mechanical Engineering».
Sphere of her research and scientific interests: «Design of forging and stamping shops», «Technology of hot and cold stamping», «Forging technology», «Technology of pressing», «Technology and equipment for hot stamping», «Design of dies and tooling» and «Static quality management methods».

In the computer classroom of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies of the Karaganda Industrial University, 12 new desktop network simulators «IT-Alem» were installed. The simulators will be used for laboratory and practical exercises in the disciplines «Fundamentals of Network Technologies», «Network Administration», «Fundamentals of Cybersecurity», «Network Security» for students of educational programs «Software Engineering», «Artificial Intelligence Technologies».
Table network simulators «IT-Alem» are used to acquire practical skills in working in an infocommunication environment and to obtain various levels of competence in network technologies. The simulator is an individual portable laboratory setup placed at the student’s workplace. It includes a model of a computer network, consisting of a client and server parts with software, as well as a router, which interact with each other using packet switching technology.
The software installed on the «IT-Alem» simulators allows you to carry out a number of laboratory work, including on such topics as «Studying transmitted information in an IP network», «Studying OSI layers», «Adding a PC to a network manually mode (static addressing) », «Adding a PC to the network in automatic mode » etc.
The relevance and timeliness of using these simulators in the educational process is confirmed by the need to develop the skills of safe working in the network, which are in demand in the context of widespread digitalization.
On March 25, at the Department of Energy, a scientific seminar was held on the topic «Automated control and accounting system of energy resources ASKUE». The seminar was conducted by the candidate of technical sciences, professor of the department «Energy» Zhabalova Gulnara Gazizovna. The seminar was attended by teachers and students of the department.
Today, this topic is very relevant, since automated energy metering systems allow metering the consumption of electricity and heat at residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Systems can take into account the consumption of energy resources at the level of a house, districts, city, settlement with a single dispatch and financial centers. At the seminar, the possibilities of using automated heating points in the buildings of the university were considered.
