Today, on December 6, students of Karaganda Industrial University who have not reached the age of majority received the Pfizer vaccine.
They made the decision to vaccinate the students voluntarily.
After the vaccination, the students were under the supervision of doctors for 30 minutes in a specially designated room.
Before the Pfizer vaccine was laid, the following measures were taken:
-in the presence of parents or legal representatives, a survey and survey of the vaccinated person aged 12 to 18 years is carried out;
— in the absence of contraindications to immunization, a permit for vaccination
is issued— – the vaccinated person and / or his parent (legal representative) is provided with complete and objective information about preventive vaccinations, possible reactions and undesirable cases after immunization, the consequences of refusing vaccination.
Advantages of Pfizer vaccine from other vaccines
BioNTech’s vaccine has been shown to produce 10 times more antibodies than the Chinese drug Sinovac.
Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine uses informational ribonucleic acid (mRNA), which triggers an immune response. It protects the body from infection in the future. For this reason, the vaccine should be stored at very low temperatures.
The main feature of the vaccine is that it requires very low temperatures up to minus 80 degrees. Therefore, special cooling boxes are used during transportation. Each contains 23 kilograms of dry ice laid in three layers. It provides cold for ten days. Each box is equipped with thermosensors connected to a GPS satellite system.
On December 3, 2021, a guest lecture for students of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies was held at Karaganda Industrial University. The guest of the university was the head of the production communications section of JSC «ArcelorMittal Temirtau» Evgeny Kuznetsov.
The lecture devoted to the basics of IP telephony was attended by more than 50 students of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies, who study in the educational programs «Automation Systems Engineering», «Artificial Intelligence Technologies», «Software Engineering», as well as specialties «Computer Engineering and Software» and «Automation and Control».
IP telephony (pronounced «IP telephony») – telephone communication via IP protocol. IP telephony refers to a set of communication protocols, technologies and methods that provide traditional telephony dialing, dial-up and two-way voice communication, as well as video communication over the Internet or any other IP networks. The signal is transmitted digitally over the communication channel and, as a rule, is transformed (compressed) before transmission in order to remove information redundancy and reduce the load on the data transmission network.
During the event, the lecturer introduced the students to the history of the development of telephone communication in the world, the main differences between IP telephony and traditional telephony, the principle of operation of the IP network, the features of the use of operational dispatch communications in production.
A master class on «Time management and personal effectiveness» was organized at Karaganda Industrial University.
The event was held by Romazanov Zh.K., Ergaliev T.S. – freelance expert, methodologist of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
During the master class, students examined the principles of personal effectiveness, learned the history of the emergence of time management and how to implement it in their activities. Special attention was paid to the stages of determining life values and strategic goals. The participants discussed practical cases of implementing the principles of time management in life, and also considered the main provisions of effective time allocation.
Time management is translated from English as «time management». Of course, literally no one can manage time; therefore, its real function is to use time with maximum efficiency.
Those who know how to manage their time productively, live a full and busy life, do their work with minimal time, having the opportunity to additionally do what they really like.
In the modern world, the issue of time management is becoming more and more relevant. And the better this skill is developed, the more effective we become.
Time management allows you to organize your work and personal time during the day (week, month) in order to have time to do all the important and necessary things without being distracted by secondary or extraneous issues and problems.
On December 2, a dialogue platform on the topic «Transformation of management in the era of the digital economy» was held in KarIU within the framework of the «Rukhani Zhangyru» program.
The speaker at the dialogue platform was Sultanayeva Zhuldyz Maratovna, Deputy Director of First Heartland Jusan Bank for small and medium-sized businesses. She spoke about the use of digital tools in making managerial decisions in the field of lending to small and medium-sized businesses, about the possibilities of digitalization of management for entrepreneurial organizations.
Digitalization is the process of business transformation through the introduction of modern technologies and tools that help to promote the company, improve market positions, interact with customers and automate many processes. The task of digitalization is to make the company visible on the Internet, to open new sources of customer traffic, to expand opportunities.
This event was held for students of technical specialties of graduate and senior courses.
December 2, 2021, the Department «Economy and business» was held managerial brain-ring on the topic: «Advertising in our life» under the guidance of senior teachers of Turgumbaeva G. T., Peter A. S., Almaganbetova A. S., Altabaeva A. E.
Brain ring — a game between two (or more) teams in the answers to the questions (and the author’s essential name of the TV show — «brain ring»; from the English. brain — brain, intellect, genius; that is, «smart ring») — a television intellectual game.
The brain ring was attended by students of the groups VTiPO, AiU, M, TMO, MiTNM, HTOV-18. The students were divided into teams and answered various questions. The questions were about the history of advertising, promotion channels, tasks, advertising targeting.
Such a management duel allows students to apply management skills, broaden their horizons and show their talents.
