Associate Professor of KGIU Aliya Amenova is a bright representative of the generation of young scientists who are distinguished by clarity of thought and great potential.

In any developed society there are young people who are seriously involved in science. They make up the wealth of the nation, its most powerful potential. Aliya Amenova, an associate professor of the Karaganda State Industrial University, has reached unprecedented heights due to her desire for knowledge and discoveries. And it all began in his youth. After the end of the 7th grade, the future scientist easily passed the competitive selection to the regional specialized boarding school for gifted children “Murager”. It was not easy for her to part with her parents at that age. But the curriculum did not leave time for melancholy and homesickness – intensified study of mathematics and physics required concentration and concentration of attention.

When in the senior classes the question arose about the choice of the future profession, she firmly knew that she intended to obtain higher education in the Karaganda State Industrial University. Of course, the young entrant had the opportunity to enter prestigious universities in Astana and Almaty. But she followed the example of her father and uncle, who graduated from KGIU when he was a technical school and knew that there she would receive a decent education. Especially the girl had to learn from the graduates of the National Research Technological University “Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys” and the Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.

“Besides, our university is the alma mater of the First President of the RK, that’s why I wanted to get an education in the KGIU,” the senior lecturer underlines.

Specialty Aliya chose the difficult – “Material Science and Technology of New Materials.” After receiving the master’s degree, the girl entered the doctoral studies of the Kazakh National Research Technical University. K.I. Satpayev, where she was at the head of the Council of Young Scientists of the Institute of Industrial Engineering. In September 2014 she was awarded the Ph.D.

Now Aliya Amenova is an active participant of scientific and technical projects on grant financing. Its scientific direction is the creation of an experimental production of innovative aluminum alloys from domestic raw materials and finished products with a nanostructured protective ceramic coating. The topic is very topical: in connection with the need for accelerated development of the leading branches of industrial production in the near future, the need for high-quality alloys will increase. Aluminum due to its unique properties is the most promising material used in engineering, aerospace engineering. However, Kazakhstan in the presence of ore reserves does not produce alloys from this metal. On the world market, we supply only alumina and technical aluminum grade A8.

– Unfortunately, I have no right to voice the field of application of the material we received, but I can say that there are no analogues to it in Kazakhstan. The results of our studies were recommended for implementation in production. The project is aimed at commercialization of research results and has already passed all the stages of selection of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Agency for Technological Development, “Aliya Amenova noted.

The young scientist works a lot and fruitfully. Only for the last 5 years Ph.D. Ph.D. has published about 30 scientific papers. In addition, she is a highly qualified specialist in the field of optical, raster and transmission electron microscopy and one of the few who can work with the program Thermo-Calc, which allows, through experimental and calculated methods, to analyze the composition of alloys and make the necessary calculations without leaving the laboratory. This saves time, effort, costs and consumables.

Aliya Amenova’s research results are used to prepare students, masters and future doctors of philosophy PhD. In addition, she heads the department of science, innovation and international cooperation KGIU. Its tasks include the development of international relations with scientific and educational universities and research institutes all over the world, as well as working with talented youth. Her efforts and efforts did not go unnoticed – last year she was awarded a high departmental award for her contribution to the development of the higher education system – an honorary letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today, Aliya Alikhanovna dreams of creating a family by realizing herself as a wife and mother. And she links her future only with science.

– I would like to get world experience in foreign countries, in order to introduce the acquired knowledge in my native Kazakhstan, – the young scientist shared her plans.

At the Karaganda State Industrial University on November 10, a solemn closing ceremony of the anniversary Presidential Olympiad took place and the names of the winners were named. The greatest number of awards was won by the teams of Almaty and three regions – East Kazakhstan, Kostanay and South Kazakhstan.

For two days, 163 strongest eleventh graders from fourteen regions of Kazakhstan and two cities of national importance solved complex assignments in four subjects: mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. Schoolchildren took part in two rounds – theoretical and practical. In addition, a cultural program was planned for the participants of the Olympiad, including a visit to the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Museum of History and Local History, the famous Temirtau Winter Garden, the theater of the young spectator, and walks through the streets of the city.

The Presidential Olympiad in the subjects of the natural-mathematical direction attracts more and more schoolchildren every year. For the nine years, 1,410 people took part in it, 285 became winners and prize-winners and are now studying in prestigious Kazakhstani and foreign universities.

The organizer of the Olympiad is the republican scientific and practical center “Daryn” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Olympiad is held since 2008 on personal behalf of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev. Its main idea is the identification and support of talented children, the upbringing of patriotic spirit, strong, intellectual, highly educated Kazakh schoolchildren, in-depth study of natural and mathematical sciences.

The organizational committee of the Presidential Olympiad includes representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its subordinate organizations, education management bodies, the council of rectors of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The jury consists of scientists from leading domestic and foreign higher educational institutions, former winners of international olympiads.

Participation in the Presidential Olympiad gives graduates of Kazakh schools the opportunity to fully realize themselves, show their abilities, deepen knowledge, increase interest in the subjects of the natural-mathematical direction. Winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad have the pre-emptive right to receive an educational grant in higher educational institutions of the republic.

The decision of the jury of the Olympiad with diplomas of the 1st degree and gold medals awarded 6 participants. The greatest number of points was won by Fedor Shelestov (specialized lyceum No. 165, Almaty), Oleg Li (specialized school-lyceum No.90, Almaty) and Arina Kostyrya (Gymnasium No. 5, Rudny, Kostanay region).

Diplomas of II degree and silver medals were awarded to 13 people, diplomas of III degree and bronze medals – 21 participants.

Kamzabekuly’s lecture attracted the audience with the depth of reflection, the novelty of conclusions on topical issues relating to the socio-political life of the country. In the speech, many aspects of the President’s program “Ruhani zhangyru” were covered, including the adoption of the new Latin alphabet and other burning topics of the day. In conclusion, D. Kamzabekuly answered the questions asked by the teachers and students of the university.

The jury is headed by academician Mukhtarbai Otelbaev.

All winners, prize-winners and holders of diplomas of three degrees will have the pre-emptive right to receive educational grants upon admission to higher educational institutions of the republic.

Freshman of the Karaganda State Industrial University Aigerim Chakenova became a participant of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students, which was recently held on the territory of the Olympic Park in Sochi.
On the Black Sea coast, about thirty thousand representatives of 188 countries gathered to talk and discuss important issues for them. Aigerim Chakenov, a student of the group “Computer Science and Software” and six other Tektourians joined the Kazakhstan delegation consisting of 245 people. The organizer of the festival was the World Federation of Democratic Youth.

A student of KGIU pays attention not only to studies, but also to volunteer activities and participation in events held in conjunction with the Temirtau Youth Club.

“The fundamental factor of educational work at the university is the development of leadership qualities among our students,” says the rector of the State Research Institute of Computing Science, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Bahyt Zhautikov. – In this direction, the Committee on Youth Affairs is doing a great job, organizing various seminars and trainings devoted to this topic. Already for three years, the most active students are engaged in the republican schools of the leader’s asset and take part in the seminar-training “Ideas that change the world”, aimed at fostering leadership qualities. We hold events dedicated to the formation of a new model of consciousness and thinking of young people through the implementation of the Ruhani Jangyrou program. Much attention is paid to the development of civil responsibility, creativity, social initiatives.

Now Aigerim Chakenova is the head of the social project of the Temirtau youth club “My sky is my mother”, whose goal is to distract from the everyday life of mothers of children with disabilities, as well as large and low-income mothers and give them joy. For 40 women, the services of a manicurist, make-up artist and stylist are provided free of charge, various trainings, evenings and holidays are held, and art therapy and other activities for their children.

The application for participation in the festival Aigerim was filed six months ago. The organizers approved her candidacy. All expenses, except for the payment of tickets to Moscow, where there was a transfer, and back, the inviting party took over.

At the festival in Sochi, 12 sites were working, including Technologies of the Future, Ecology and Health, Global Politics and its agenda: how to protect the world, New Media, and International Cultural Space. They could be visited by absolutely all participants. True, not always it happened because of coincidences of their work on time or a large number of people wishing to go there.

– At one of the sites I particularly liked the lecture “Social networks, messengers and the media”. To date, this is one of the most relevant topics, because it reflects all aspects of our reality, “says Aigerim. – First of all, we are talking about honesty, because some media in the pursuit of high ratings distort the facts.

The program of the festival was very rich and covered different directions. Every day there were meetings with famous sportsmen, politicians and actors. Aigerim managed to visit many venues. On one of them was the world famous Australian speaker Nick Vuychich, born with a rare disease. The girl confesses that she really wanted to talk to him, but the line to Nick was huge, so I had to be content with watching this meeting on the screen. But it turned out to meet with Russian singer Diana Gurtskaya and even take a picture with her. For the sake of interest, the Tehtrade student went “on a visit” to the LDPR, where Vladimir Zhirinovsky did not talk at all about his political activities, but how to become a leader.

The most important emotions, according to Aigerim, she received from communication with representatives of different countries. In one of the social networks, they created a group in which they are being rewritten so far.

“I made friends with the guys from India, Great Britain, Ireland and Serbia, learned about their history and culture,” the girl says. – We communicate with many in Russian. During the festival we are very united. As a result of my participation in the festival, there were sketches of several social projects, which I plan to implement with my supporters in the near future in my native Temirtau.
