According to the plan of educational work of the University for 2018 – 2019 academic year, October 5, 2018 in KGIU held a meeting of students of 1-3 courses with the staff Of the Department of internal Affairs of Temirtau and the youth resource center of the city.

The senior inspector on Affairs of minors of the Eastern police Department of Temirtau Muhamadiev Sultan Arystanbekovich and the employee of Management of internal Affairs of Temirtau Tastubek Yerzhan Aitmukhambetovich gave our students an open lecture on the theme: “Prevention of crimes and offenses among youth”.

The purpose of the event: prevention of offenses among youth, the formation of knowledge about the rules governing the life of society, legal education among young people.

Students got acquainted with the main articles of the administrative and criminal codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students were explained about responsibility, and what penalties are applied for the Commission of crimes of certain crimes. And also in order to reduce the risk of crime among youth at the lecture were considered methods of work of the system of prevention of juvenile delinquency.

The participants of the event took an active part in the dialogue platform “Question-answer”: asked questions and analyzed the situation of everyday life.

Students were given advice and recommendations on how not to become a victim of a crime or not to be involved in its Commission.

Director Alyona Khegay was made a presentation of the activities of the youth resource center of Temirtau city. She spoke about the youth organizations of the city, introduced youth programs, projects in which our students can take an active part.

Preventive conversation was very lively and interesting. During the meeting, not only the role, but also the importance of law enforcement agencies for the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms was touched upon.

4 October 2018, on the platform of the project office “Rouhani Jangyru” KSIU, the Department of educational work and youth policy of the University together with the state institution “Department of internal policy of Temirtau”, KGU “Youth resource center” and the Greek IVF center “Pontos” held a round table dedicated to topical issues of Patriotic education for the active students students of 2-4 courses of the University.

An active part in the round table took Zhunusova Dinara Nurtaevna – head of PI “Department of internal policy of Temirtau”, Shombina Alma Balapanova – Deputy Director on educational work of the College “TTC”, Anisova Rosa Nurahmetovna – Deputy Director on educational work of the College “TVPC”, Khegay Alyena YUr’evna Director of “Youth resource center”, Casapidi Despina Ivanovna – the head of the Greek ECO “Pontos”, which is also concurrently Deputy Chairman of the regional Assembly of people of Kazakhstan and active students – representatives of different ethnic groups.

Within the framework of the event, the issues of Patriotic education of youth and the main mechanisms for the implementation of the state youth policy were discussed.

Welcoming remarks to the audience were made by Zhunusova Dinara Nurtaevna and Salpenova Madina Maratovna, presenting the participants of the round table the program of the event and showing a video about our multi-faceted city, its history, about the activities of the various associations and their place in modern society.

Dinara Nurtayevna, in her turn, noted that at present the activity of communities certainly plays a positive role as the independent mediator between the authorities and various youth associations, and moreover, in some cases, activists show themselves as the most effective tool to support the development of a multicultural youth community.

Of particular interest was the speech of the head of the Greek center “Pontos” Despina Ivanovna, who noted the importance of preserving ethno-cultural traditions and work on the development of national cultures. She told all participants of the round table about the culture and traditions of her people, that she and her husband Basil – the descendants of the Pontic Greeks, who were expelled from the Krasnodar region as representatives of the “unreliable nation.” She shared her impressions of our city and its ethnic side, the experience of the creation and development of the center “Pontas”, and spoke about all the difficulties of the development of the center, which had to go through.

Summarizing the event, Sultanova Madina Maratovna stressed the importance of holding such meetings, which promote

dissemination of knowledge about the history and culture of the peoples of the Republic of Kazakhstan, preservation and development of its ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as harmonization of national and inter-ethnic relations. The proposals made during the round table will be summarized and sent to the working group of GU “OVP Temirtau” and KSU “MRC”.

The result of the round table was the adoption of a resolution of the action taken, taking into account all the recommendations given by all participants.

3 October 2018, the Prosecutor of the office of the Committee for legal statistics and special records of the city of Temirtau Battalova Gulmira Serikovna in conjunction with the Director of the Department on educational work and youth policy Salpenova Madina Meiramovna held for the students of KSIU introductory seminar in database: “Map of criminal offenses”, the “Map of criminal offenses committed by juveniles, Maps of the perpetrators of violent acts of sexual character concerning minors” and “Maps of accidents”.

During the seminar, students learned from the speech of Battalova G. S. that the 32nd step of the program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Ah. Nazarbayev’s ” national Plan-100 concrete steps “is the creation of the Internet portal” Map of criminal offenses “on the basis of the national information system”Map of criminal offenses”. The map shows all criminal offences committed in the country, places and circumstances of their Commission. The card works in “online” mode.

The uniqueness of the Map is that it is integrated with the database of the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, and thus, information about criminal offenses automatically appears on the Map immediately after the registration of the application to the police.

“You can see the location, time and type of crime, as well as all the information about the persons who committed the crime. Also, displays the dynamics of crime in the region. People can find out how criminal the area is, compare neighborhoods, streets or houses with each other. In the maps reflected the crimes committed at any point of Kazakhstan”, – said the Prosecutor Battalova G. S.

In a similar way, “a map of crimes committed by minors”, “a Map of persons who have committed sexual violence against minors” and “an accident Map”work.

Summing up the results of the seminar, the Director of the DDA and MP Salpenova M. M. noted that it is important to lead the right way of life, not to break the law, as any violation, even minor hooliganism, is recorded in the database of the Committee of legal statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the future may be a serious obstacle to employment in law enforcement agencies and public service.

Participants of the meeting with pleasure and special warmth shared memories of working time in the University, about their colleagues and students, about how the University changes from year to year. They noted the positive changes that have occurred in their native University. Honorary Builder of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Filatov Anatoly Vasilyevich expressed gratitude to the rector of the University Zhautikov Bakhyt Akhatovich for the constant care of veterans of labor. For each of these people, our University will always remain a home, because each participant of the meeting has worked in our University for more than 30 years.

The concert program prepared by the students of the University became a special musical decoration of the event. Labor veterans sang along to the best singer, student of 4 course Balkibekov Alikhan, the applause caused the famous song “darkie”. The winner of the Republican competitions of vocalists Nurmakhanov Mukagali impressed everyone with his vocal skills.

At the end of the event, labor veterans received gifts in honor of the holiday from the trade Union of KGIU employees.

29 September 2018 at the foot of the hill Zhaurtau a team of students of KSIU took an active part in the regional youth innovation forum – festival ” Zhaurtau kezdesu”, which became a platform for young people of Kazakhstan, a new generation of leaders, the academic field in which they were able to gain new knowledge, has allowed to realize how to choose their own path and be inspired by success stories of famous people of Kazakhstan.

The place of the forum was not chosen by the organizers by chance. According to historians, the history of Temirtau begins from this place. From the sloping back of Zhaurtau took place many thousands army of the terrible existence, not just rushing impetuous troops Jungar chonticha. Near light Nura, by the hill, the rebel army of Kenesary Kasymov stop to water their heated horses . From its peaks, enterprising Russian merchants, British and French Industrialists explored the surroundings. According to the elders, the villages wintered here since at least 20-ies of the XIX century. Thanks to the specialists of the historical Museum of Temirtau, who recreated this place, our students together with all the participants of the forum were able to visit the house with a turf roof, with the appropriate interior decoration, a corral, as well as a domestic area with a machine for weaving mats and a place for cleaning wool and a cooking area with a cauldron on a fire and a street samovar.

In the festival ” Zhaurtau kezdesu” took part more than 200 young activists from Karaganda, Shakhtinsk, Saran, Abay, Karazhal, Zhezkazgan, Satpayev, Balkhash town, Priozersk and Temirtau.

In addition, the forum held training seminars and workshops, trainings, interactive games and quizzes in seven main areas:

– Information flow, culture of communication in social networks (bloggers);

– Robotics;

– Innovation and technical creativity;

– Business basics;

– Volunteer movement;

– Sport;

– Tolerance “Kazakhstan for all”.

– The work of young (young akyns, singers, poets, performers of dances of the modern youth trends, designers, artists, craftsmen of decorative – applied art), where students had good knowledge, was able to share the experience in its activities in various directions

Speakers of the master classes were well-known people in our country such as: composer and singer Erlan Kokeev, winner of the National competition “Kazakhstan Barysy”, winner of the gold belt of the champion and trophy “Taituyak” Yerzhan Shynkeev; famous theologian – religious scholar Syzdykov Rustem Malikovich, who shared with the forum participants their secrets of success.

Special attention should be paid to the greeting of our team, where KSIU students enrolled in the program “Serpin”, in the framework of the greeting presented the anthem, the words for which was composed by the 4th year student Musabek Rakhmetulla. The anthem took first place in the Republican contest “Alaman”.

The festival program was very rich and was held at a very high level. The format was innovative, creative and youth, which allowed our students to communicate with young people who came from all over the Karaganda region.

Following the forum, our team took 3 prizes: 1 place in the nomination “Sport” 1st place took the student of 3rd course Pashanov Zhasulan, in the category “Tolerance” – 3rd year student Sarsenov, Nurislamov, in the nomination “Robotics” 1st place went to 4th year student Esimhanov Aydin.
