In the adult category, a student of the TTTiT-15 group of Karaganda State Industrial University, Viktor Stepanov, took second and third prizes and was awarded a silver medal for a distance of 500 meters on a canoe four, a bronze medal for a distance of 200 meters in a canoe single Asian Championship among athletes 23 years and the Asian Cup among adults in rowing and canoeing.

The debate tournament is held according to the American Parliamentary Format (APF) and consisted of two rounds. According to the rules of the tournament, the teams were divided into two opposing camps – “Government” and “Opposition”. The goal of the team was one – to defend their position, to convince neutral judges in the correctness of their position. At the same time, to disprove the arguments of their opponents with the help of all the same arguments.

In the finals, the best teams scored a brilliant victory. Madbolova Madina and Alikhan Maғzhan – the Kazakh league, Eleftherodi Saveliy and Korabayev Dias – the Russian league.

During the game, the best speakers, who showed their skills of analytical, critical thinking and oratorical skills, adequately defending their positions, were recognized by Rauan Maym, Serikbolat Zhannur and Korabayev Dias. The best judges of the tournament were Zhanatbek Almas, Kim Vasiliy.
