Virtual university admissions have become one of the most popular and reliable ways for applicants. Last year, thousands of school leavers from remote areas used virtual reception rooms. This year, virtual offices have been deployed again in the universities of the republic, which are ready to accept applications from the first days of the admissions committees. Employees of universities conduct consultations and acceptance of documents via video communication.

Today, the Karaganda industrial university of Temirtai has graduated about 670 young professionals. The other day, students received long-awaited diplomas. Karaganda Industrial University is one of the leading higher educational institutions of the country. Temirtau University has a 60-year history. Today there are about 3 thousand students studying here. This year, 676 of them have completed their training and are ready to conquer new heights. Both bachelors and undergraduates received the coveted diploma. Vice rector for strategic development Galina Sivyakova – we are one of the leading universities that trains specialists in technical specialties. We work very closely with the enterprises of the region. The main customer of our students is JSC “ArcelorMittal” Temirtau with which we have a memorandum of mutual cooperation and with which we are working in a variety of areas. In the summer, we graduate 181 bachelors and 22 masters. Vice rector for strategic development Galina Sivyakova said that we have 16 main specialties. All of them are technical. These are electricians, heat power engineers, builders, metallurgists. They are in great demand. And our employment is about 90%. That is, almost all graduates find a job. Among the students there are those who came to study at Karaganda industrial university under the “Serpin” program. After four years of study, many decided to stay and become masters. Their choice was influenced by the quality conditions created for studying, say university students. Aydin Yesimkhanovna, I was born in the south in the city of Taraz. In 2015, I came here under the “Serpin” program.  And since I liked the university, after I finished my bachelor’s degree, I decided to enroll in a master’s degree.  I have completed a master’s degree in the electric power engineering program.  And I really liked everything, because there is a very good base here. Because there was a lot of practice, theory, scientific research.
