As part of the project of the school of young leader, on August 6, 2020, students – activists of Karaganda industrial University received letters of thanks and valuable gifts for their active citizenship and participation in the events of the KSU “Youth resource center” in Temirtau. For a whole year, our students were trained in the basics of leadership and learned to develop their leadership qualities in various types of social and personal-oriented activities.

The school of a young leader is a new platform for revealing the leadership qualities of young people, as well as an opportunity to meet on a single platform to discuss current issues.

The main goal of the project is to develop leadership potential in the youth environment, preserve the ethno-cultural identity of young intellectually developed people, and expand cross-cultural communication between them as one of the most important conditions for tolerance in the multi-ethnic society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For multinational Kazakhstan, where representatives of more than 140 ethnic groups and 18 religious denominations live in peace and harmony, Kurban Ait is of special significance, because it helps to preserve and strengthen the unique traditions of mutual respect, friendship and unity between people of different ethnic groups and faiths. This day is expected with great trepidation by all believers, for every pious Muslim Kurban Ait – a Holy holiday of good deeds, in which all mistakes and offenses are forgiven, a day of special gratitude to the Almighty and worship, which honors all Muslims with great rewards for their good deeds and intentions. Today, the Kurban AIT holiday is a tribute to national traditions and honoring the customs of our ancestors. This is a vivid example of solidarity and friendliness of all believers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a secular and tolerant state, Kazakhstan places spiritual values at the center of attention. All this was achieved thanks to social harmony, internal political stability and friendly inter-ethnic relations.

Let this bright holiday give peace and warmth to all the people of our country!
