The Anti-Corruption Agency conducted another online lesson on integrity on the topic “The legacy of Sherkhan Murtaza is like an arrow of honesty”. Students of the Karaganda Industrial University also took an active part in the Hour of Integrity.

The organizers of the Hour of Integrity are confident that by instilling these values in the younger generation, it is possible to build a virtuous society, where there will be no place for corruption, where highly moral human qualities and honest work will be valuable.

At the meeting of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan held on January 11, President of our country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev presented an action plan in which he set specific tasks to address topical issues in the political and socio-economic spheres of the post-crisis development of the country.

In his speech, the Head of State focused on the development of education and youth support. He stressed that the most important issue of the state is to increase access to quality education. For these purposes, a special program will be implemented to provide schools in regions where there is a deficit with the best teachers.

He stressed the topicality of the issue of access to higher education, increasing the competitiveness of universities. In this direction, the President instructed to allocate targeted grants for young people from densely populated regions of the country, as well as to open branches of leading foreign universities.

The importance of the development of higher technical education, the need to train and cultivate a new generation of engineers and industrialists is emphasized. Time dictates its own rules, and the labor market is experiencing a shortage of specialists in technical professions.

Karaganda Industrial University, as a technical university with a long tradition of engineering education, supports the initiatives of the President of the country in an effort to raise a new generation of engineers.

Ahead of us all is a lot of work aimed at implementing the tasks voiced by the President of the country. First of all, our university will have to solve the problems of improving the competitiveness of graduates, the quality of education, the use of advanced teaching methods and technologies, the development of science, ensuring the interaction of science and production, the development of research skills of students.

The speech of the Head of State carries a great creative impulse aimed at the full support of all Kazakhstanis.The society also received concrete answers to the problematic issues that concern ordinary people, which are discussed and criticized in society.

Our country has entered a new qualitative level of development, the stage of renewal and cleansing of the country from negative problems has begun. The staff of the Karaganda Industrial University, fully supporting the new initiatives of our President K.-J. Tokayeva will apply all his strength, experience and knowledge to the implementation of these initiatives.

The staff of the Karaganda Industrial University expresses its deep condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased servicemen, law enforcement officers who, while on combat duty, showed courage and heroism, fulfilled their duty to the end, protecting security and public order in the country. We also express our condolences to the families of the dead civilians. This is an irreparable loss for our people.

We wish a speedy recovery to all those injured during the riots.

In these difficult days for our country, we urge to rally around the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, who took full responsibility for the future fate of our Motherland, took unprecedented measures to restore order. Thanks to the only correct measures taken by him, in a matter of days order and legality were restored in the cities, and stabilization of the situation was achieved in the country.

The resolute policy of the Head of State inspires confidence in every citizen of Kazakhstan that our country will adequately come out of these trials, a new stage in the development of our statehood and democratization of political processes will begin!

Candidate of Technical Sciences, senior lecturer of the Department «Construction» Konakbayeva Assel Nygmetollayevna in October 2021 took part in the international competition «The Best teacher of the CIS – 2021», which was organized by the association of legal entities in the form of the association «National Movement «BOBEK». The best teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Belarus, and the Russian Federation took part in this project.

To participate in the competition, an article was prepared on the topic: «Utilization of various man-made products in the production of multicomponent cements». This article discusses the methods of cement production. The production of cement is due to the need for application mainly in construction. The technology of cement production makes it possible to use waste from the mining and metallurgical industries, as well as by-products of these industries. The article was published in the first issue of the book collection of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Commonwealth of Independent States «The Best in Education – 2021», launched as part of the international project «The Best Teacher», jointly with the Congress of Scientists of Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan).

As a result, Asel Nygmetollayevna was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree, a breast medal «The best teacher – 2021».

Karaganda Industrial University signed memorandums of cooperation in the field of science and higher education with universities of Kyrgyzstan: Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev and Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.

Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU) is the flagship of engineering and technical education in Kyrgyzstan. The University trains highly qualified specialists in various fields for our republic, the countries of the near and far abroad.
Within the framework of the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the implementation of the goals and objectives of the development plan, our university is actively working systematically to expand partnerships with international universities.
Within the framework of the signed memoranda, the main areas of cooperation are conducting scientific research, internships, joint participation and development of international cooperation programs in the field of science and innovative technologies, integration into the world scientific, educational and information systems, development of joint international scientific projects for participation in competitions of international foundations and organizations.
The memoranda concluded between our university and the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev, Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I.Razzakov, have become another important step in the international educational integration of KarIU.
