1.Graduates of schools and organizations of technical and professional education (TPE) are enrolled in KSIU on a paid basis or participate in a competition for awarding educational grants at the expense of the national budget, are transferred to higher education institutions from the NTC database. The results of the UNT can be found in the Bulletin or on the www website. testcenter (via IIN and ICT).

2. Acceptance of documents for passing the unified national testing (UNT) is carried out by the selection Committee of the KSIU during the period:

The procedure for applying for the UNT for school graduates of the current year in 2021

The National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Rules for conducting the unified national testing and providing the state service “Issuing a certificate of passing the unified national testing” (approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 204 of May 2, 2017), has been accepting applications for participation (the opportunity to apply no more than once) in the unified national testing for admission to organizations of higher and postgraduate education on a paid basis through the Center’s website in online mode. Since March 5, graduates of secondary education organizations of the current year, if they have a certificate or passport, submit an application online via the website (possibly after registration): http://app.testcenter.kz.  When registering, the graduate must check the correctness of the data and the organization of secondary education in which he is studying, since the school and the UNT venue are interconnected and the data is checked by the Center. The procedure for applying for the UNT for graduates of schools of previous years, organizations of technical and professional or post-secondary education

Application procedure

1) go to the site: https://app.testcenter.kz/ and select the interface language;
2) register with your email address (in the email you receive, you must confirm your email address);
3) log in with the received username and password (the email with the username and password can not be deleted before the start of testing);
4) specify the IIN and click the search button (last name, first name and patronymic are displayed automatically), and specify the contact phone number;
5) Select the “Apply” tab and specify your participant category;
6) fill in the required registration data and select:
– delivery language;
– a combination of specialized subjects;
– date, time and place of testing and be sure to read the rules;
7) choose your preferred payment method by bank card or via the website Kaspi.kz. The cost of testing – 2242 tenge;
8) after the payment, in the “My History” tab, if necessary, you can edit the application.

According to the results of the successful completion of the UNT, applicants have the right to participate in the competition for an educational grant.

Acceptance of documents for the competition is carried out by the admission committee of KIU in the period July 23-31.

ADMISSION TO KIU

1. Students are admitted to the KSIU by the admittion committee from August 10 to 25.
2. KSIU enrolls graduates of educational institutions implementing educational programs of general secondary education or technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who passed UNT and scored at least 50 points, including at least 5 points, in history of Kazakhstan, mathematical literacy, and literacy reading – the language of instruction, and at least 5 points in each core subject.
3. KIU enrolls graduates of educational institutions implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, entering related specialties in shortened educational programs with an accelerated training period, who passed UNT, who scored according to the results

testing of at least 25 points, including at least 5 points in general discipline and at least 5 points in core discipline.

4. Persons who did not score the UNT threshold score

are enrolled in KSIU conditionally full-time tuition on a paid basis.

For these individuals, the UNT is repeated at the end of the first academic period of study at a higher educational institution.

5. Persons with higher education are enrolled in KSIU based on the results of the testing.
6. Foreign citizens are enrolled in KGIU for paid tuition based on the results of the interview (without passing UNT).
7. Transfer of students studying in foreign universities to KIU is carried out without passing UNT.

When transferring or recovering a student from a foreign educational organization, the following documents are submitted:

1) a document on mastered training programs (academic transcript or transcript);

2) a document on the completion of the previous level of education, which is undergoing the nostrification procedure in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner established by the Rules for the recognition of foreign documents on education, approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2008 No. 8.

3) the results of entrance tests for admission to foreign educational organizations.

Attention:

1. Documents submitted in a foreign language must have a notarized translation into the state or Russian language.
2. Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations go through the nostrification procedure in the manner prescribed by law after enrolling people during the first semester of training.
