Instructions from the President to index pensions and state benefits, including targeted social assistance, by 10% annually, expand the coverage of additional social benefits in the amount of one minimum wage for certain segments of the population, extend from April 1 to July 1 the right of uninsured citizens to receive medical care in the system of mandatory social health insurance, expand the list of categories of citizens who should be provided with free food and household kits, suspend the payment of all taxes for SMEs for three months, etc. timely, they will help to overcome a number of difficulties.

The pandemic of coronovirus infection has taken over the entire world, so in order to prevent the further spread of the increased disease, the Government headed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared a state of emergency to prevent the spread of the virus in Kazakhstan. Disinfection activities are carried out everywhere in densely populated areas.

On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measures are being taken to strengthen the quarantine in all regions of the country, not only in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty.

The state educational savings system (SESS) allows every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan to open an educational Deposit «AQYL» in their own name or in the name of a child to pay for education in colleges and universities in Kazakhstan and abroad. THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE EDUCATIONAL SAVINGS DEPOSIT:

• The award period is calculated annually for 20 years (about 2.6 billion rubles were paid during the GONS period).KZT 1,068 million will be paid in February 2020);
• Minimum initial payment – 3 MIP (7953 tenge in 2020), (further replenishment without restrictions on time and amount);
• Study in Kazakhstan and abroad, without restrictions on universities and colleges;
