Today, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke at the final meeting of the State Commission on the state of emergency. Thanks to the coordinated work of the Government and state bodies on the ground, it was possible to localize the mass spread of the coronavirus. The state of emergency imposed in the country has helped to minimize the risk of a pandemic in the country. In the conditions of quarantine, doctors, police officers, emergency workers, and volunteers worked selflessly on the front line. The people of the country, understanding the importance of the measures taken, supported all those who day and night, without seeing their families, provided our security. The spirit of unity of all Kazakhstanis was shown in this.

In his speech, the President outlined a set of measures aimed at improving the well-being of Kazakhstanis. Very strong support of socially vulnerable categories of citizens will continue to pay 42500 tenge to individuals who are temporarily without income, allocated funding for the implementation of the employment Road map and the President’s proposed loan program “5-10-20” will be a powerful factor of social support of Kazakhstan. In addition, on the eve of the sowing campaign, the problems of farmers were solved at the expense of the KazAgro Fund.

The President also paid special attention to changes in the education system in the post-quarantine period: “Education should be made much more flexible, protocols and methods for teaching children and students in remote mode should be developed, and all educational institutions in the country should be fully digitalized.” For many educational institutions, the period of quarantine has become an exam for strength, and conducting classes in the mode of remote technologies has allowed to continue the educational process without disruptions. As noted by Kasim Camardelli need to continue this practice in the future.

The teaching staff of Karaganda state industrial University has done a lot of preliminary work on the development of digital content of the disciplines read. At the beginning of the school year, video lectures, electronic textbooks, emcd, cases, and virtual laboratory work were recorded, which helped to quickly organize the educational process in the state of emergency. Teachers and students of our University were sympathetic to the quarantine regime. In addition, measures were taken to support employees who were sent on leave without pay: by the decision of the Academic Council, they were paid additional payments in the amount of 42500 tenge.

“It is important to maintain a certain charge of initiative, taking responsibility for themselves in the post-viral period,” the President said in his speech, so Kazakhstani people are faced with the task of observing the post-quarantine regime.

In a difficult period for Kazakhstan, only the unity of the people allowed to stand up in the fight against the pandemic. Only together we can overcome everything!

2020 is the year of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The highest price was paid for the Victory – the price of life. In the fate of every family, the war left its mark. Victory Day is a holiday uniting generations.

On May 9, 2020, at the Karaganda State Industrial University, the jury summed up the results of the online military-patriotic song contest dedicated to the 75th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Songs of the war years are a special chronicle of their time, these are songs about heroism, courage, and stamina. If in the pre-war years the song helped “build and live,” during the war it helped “live and fight.”

The purpose of the competition is to promote the best examples of military-patriotic songs.

8 students of our university went to the finals of the online competition:

1 participant – Eleftheriadi Saveliy.

2 participant – Kylyshbaeva Nurgul.

3 participant – Spiridonova Tomiris.

4 participant – Mendіgalieva Uldana.

5 participant – Menei Yerkanat.

6 participant – a duet of Almat and Maksat.

7 participant – Kenesbekov Aslan.

8 participant – Kudrevatykh Edward.

All participants of the contest came up creatively to perform patriotic songs. The entries in their format were very interesting. Many participants performed their works accompanied by musical instruments: Eleftheriadi Savely accompanied himself to the piano, and Kudrevatykh Eduard, the duet Almat and Masat performed songs with a guitar.

The competition was held on the social network instagram @studenttik_parlamentt KSIU. The organizer of the event was the student union committee together with the youth affairs committee.

In order for the contest to be 100% fair, everyone could leave their voice with their favorite video, but with the condition that “One person votes only once”. Each participant was assigned a serial number. Also, their opinion was expressed by members of the jury consisting of: M. Salpenova – Director of the Department for EW and MP, Karipbaeva A.R. – Chairman of the KSIU trade union committee, Kapasheva Zh.K. – Dean of the School of Integrity, N. Nurmakhanova – Chairman of CYA, Zulkhaydar Yerkhan – chief sardar of KSIU, who took into account the views of subscribers – students.

In making its decision, the jury was guided by the following criteria: musicality, artistic interpretation of a musical work; purity of intonation and sound quality; the beauty of timbre and the power of voice; the embodiment of military-patriotic themes, stage culture; the complexity of the repertoire; the correspondence of the repertoire with the performance capabilities and age category of the performer; performing skills, creating an appropriate image.

According to the results of the competition, the places were distributed as follows:

1^st place was taken – Mendіgalieva Uldana (prize – 15 thousand tenge).

2^nd place was taken by Aslan Kenesbekov and Nurgul Kylyshbaeva (prize – 10 thousand tenge).

3^rd place – Menei Yerkanat, Spiridonova Tomiris, duet Almat and Maksat (prize – 8 thousand tenge each)

Students ’Eleftheriadi Savely and Kudrevatykh Eduard received a prize of audience sympathy (prize of 5 thousand tenge).

The competition was held at a fairly high level. The winners were awarded with diplomas and cash prizes from the trade union committee of students of KSIU.

On may 5, KSIU hosted an online teleconference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war and the 100th anniversary of Hero of the Soviet Union Nurkenaabdirov. The event was organized by members of the “NurOtan” party of KSIU and Karaganda higher Polytechnic College

The event was attended by Honorable guests: Deputy Chairman of the Soviet of the Kazakh community of Moscow, Professor of Moscow Institute of steel and alloy Toleshev A., head of the Department “Finance and accounting” Astrakhan state technical University, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Astrakhan region, Honorary Professor of the Karaganda state industrial University Arykbaev Ravil Karimovich police Colonel in resignation, the nephew of Hero of the Soviet Union Nurkenovich, the excellence of the Soviet militia, in the past, Deputy of the city Council of people’s deputies Abdirov Abubakir Sarsenovich, rector of the Karaganda state industrial University Zhautikov Bakhyt Akhatovich, Director of the Karaganda higher Polytechnic College Rakhimova Zhanara Sekenovna.

He also said that on the eve of the Victory anniversary, our University has opened a Gallery of glory of Kazakhstani heroes who fought on the fronts of the great Patriotic war.

The event started with a viewing of an excerpt from the documentary “Noncanadian. My youngest son.”

The memory of the national hero Nurken Abdirov, a modest guy with a brave heart, has been kept by his family and friends for many years. His memories of uncle shared Antirevolutionaries. He, along with my grandmother, mother Nurkenovich, visited places where people had died Noncanadian.

In the village of Veshenskaya they met with the famous writer Mikhail Sholokhov, who for many years tended the hero’s grave. I only asked the writer Bagzhan-apay to perpetuate the feat of Alexander Komissarov, a radio operator who died with Abdirov. Her request was fulfilled and Alexander was awarded the order of the Patriotic war posthumously. On Mamayev Kurgan, a marble slab with the name of Nurken Abdirov is installed. And the name of the pilot in gold letters is included in the list of defenders of the Motherland of the Museum on Poklonnaya Gora in Moscow.

According to statistics, Kazakhstan lost more than 400 thousand people in the war, a lot of them were left lying in the places of bloody battles. In Russia, there are many organizations that carry out difficult, but very important work: they are searching for relatives of soldiers from Kazakhstan who died during the second world war. One of the activists of such an organization is Toleshev Asylbek Kuantaevich-Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Kazakh community of Moscow. In his speech, Asylbek Kuantayevich told about the feat of Kazakhstanis on the battlefields, shared the results of the work carried out to search for the remains of soldiers. Most recently, during the next expedition of the Russian search party “Istok”, the remains Medet Amanzholov were found. A “death medallion” with biographical data was found at the site of the battle, thanks to this, the hero’s relatives were found, currently they live in the regional center and the village of Agadyr.

Very informative reports were prepared by students. A student of the Karaganda higher Polytechnic College Mantureevaaniz told about interesting facts from the life of Nurken Abdirov, she showed an archive certificate that the hero studied at their College.

Students of the Astrakhan state technical University Bocharnikova Marina, Mukhambetov Damir and Dzhumakhatova Nadiya told about the feat of Astrakhan soldiers Ajimovatulebay, Begimovamadi and Musayev Mukat. Elefteriadu Savely, student KSIU, devoted his speech to the heroism of the soldiers of Samarkand. Many soldiers went to war from the small village of Samarkand (now the city of Temirtau), many died.

In memory of the victorious spring of 1945, the song was performed by a student of the Karaganda state industrial University Kenesbekov Aslan.

The event ended with a minute of silence.

On may 1, 2020, on the day of Unity of the people of Kazakhstan, the results of the online contest “ulylardynuly — Abay” were summed up, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of the great Kazakh poet, thinker Abay Kunanbayev. Students of Karaganda state industrial University took part in the competition.

The goal and objectives were as follows:

– promotion of Abay Kunanbayev’s creativity;

— spiritual, moral and Patriotic education of students through the works of the great poet;

– support for gifted students and assistance in the development of their creativity.

According to the terms of the competition, it was necessary to submit a video with the performance of Abay Kunanbayev’s works .

Elena Mikhailovna graduated from Karaganda metallurgical University in 2005 with a degree in “Physical and chemical research of metallurgical processes”.

From 2005 to 2008 she studied at the graduate school of Karaganda state industrial University

In 2013, she defended her PhD thesis on the specialty “metallurgy of technogenic and secondary resources” at the Institute of metallurgy of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Yekaterinburg.

The scope of her research and research interests: “Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals”, “technology of metallurgical processes”, “technology of metallurgical production”, “Theory and technology of pig iron production” and “Fundamentals of scientific research”.

Currently, Elena Mikhailovna is the Director of the Department for academic policy of KSIU and a teacher of the Department of metallurgy and materials science.
