September 19, 2019 KSIU Scientific library invites all teachers and students to the information Day ” Long life — to new textbooks », which will be held in the reading room (Main building, 3rd floor) from 10.00 to 17.00.

April 13, 2019, the citywide clean-up was held under the motto “We are for a clean city!”, Held within the framework of the environmental month for landscaping, gardening and sanitary cleaning of the city of Temirtau.

Teachers, staff and students of our university decided to spend the outdoors and do their bit in cleaning and planting a favorite city. Armed with rakes and shovels, we cleaned last year’s leaves, cleaned the lawn, cleared the canopy of the trees. All participants perceived volunteer work as a small good holiday, when you can work well physically between working life and socializing.

University students cleaned up a very large area behind the monument to metallurgists, in Dostyk Square.

When you understand what you are doing and why, any lesson becomes important, and therefore enjoyable. KSIU easily coped with the public useful, labor occupation and with pride you can say: “Cleanliness is a guarantee of health!”.

There was the long-awaited debut of our CSM team in Sochi, where our players showed a brilliant result: the jury appreciated their performances and gave high points! This gives the right to get a chance from 600 teams to get into the Central League, which is the pre-start Premier League. For a regional team unknown to anyone, this is a very bright and inconceivable start. According to experienced CSM players  – this is a huge success!

Before  performing on the stage of the Sochi festival, our children went through training workshops with famous CSM players, plunged into the unforgettable atmosphere of CSM parties, rehearsals, unrest.

What is the live communication with the legends of CSM!! The emotions of our guys are just going wild. This is a great experience, unforgettable memories and, of course, a vivid result!

The judges noted the extraordinary jokes of our CSM players, the coloring and multinationality of the players (as many as 3 Koreans, 3 Kazakhs, 1 Russian play in our team). They especially remember our twins: Darina and Madina Nakupova.

Veterans of labor of the University, who are on a well-deserved rest were congratulated In Karaganda state industrial University.

Honoring veterans was held on 3 October 2018 at the project office “Rouhani Jangyru” KSIU.

The veterans and seniors with words of gratitude addressed to the Dean of academic Affairs Sivyakova G.A. and Chairman of the Union Karipbayeva A.R.

Participants of the meeting with pleasure and special warmth shared memories of working time in the University, about their colleagues and students, about how the University changes from year to year. They noted the positive changes that have occurred in their native University. Honorary Builder of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Filatov Anatoly Vasilyevich expressed gratitude to the rector of the University Zhautikov Bakhyt Akhatovich for the constant care of veterans of labor. For each of these people, our University will always remain a home, because each participant of the meeting has worked in our University for more than 30 years.

The concert program prepared by the students of the University became a special musical decoration of the event. Labor veterans sang along to the best singer, student of 4 course Balkibekov Alikhan, the applause caused the famous song “darkie”. The winner of the Republican competitions of vocalists Nurmakhanov Mukagali impressed everyone with his vocal skills.

At the end of the event, labor veterans received gifts in honor of the holiday from the trade Union of KGIU employees.
