People’s Bank of Kazakhstan “Halyk Bank” is the largest universal commercial bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, successfully operating for the benefit of its customers for more than 90 years in 24 regions of our country.
In the course of his speech, the branch director spoke about the main areas of activity of Halyk Bank, its development strategy, as well as career prospects in the financial sector, sharing his own professional growth experience.
Today, the bank has a number of vacant places, such as: a room consultant, department manager, cashier, leading and chief engineer of the information technology department, and a number of others.
Alimbaeva G.N. noted that the activities of the bank are extensive. Halyk Bank works not only in the field of lending to the population and the provision of retail banking services for individuals (consumer loans, deposits, transfers, mortgages, pension fund services), but also in such areas as: insurance, leasing, collection, IT technology.
For those who want to find work, the Bank’s personnel management service interviews and selects candidates as quickly as possible, which immediately shows how much a person is burning with a desire to work.
The main thing today is the desire to work, to show your creative qualities and show your strengths, to distinguish yourself from others. And then success on the career ladder is guaranteed!
Shesembekov Dauren Maratovich spoke about the requirements for candidates for the position, the procedure for internships and training, the conditions and organization of work of bank employees. Students were asked questions to which they received comprehensive answers.

The company’s offices are located in more than 10 cities of Kazakhstan and successfully provide services to a large number of clients in such fields of activity as oil and gas and chemistry, minerals, consumer goods, agricultural products, certification of systems and services, and the environmental and industrial sectors.
One of the offices of this company is also located in the city of Temirtau, operating in foundries of ArcelorMittal Temirtau, the largest metallurgical enterprise in Kazakhstan. Today, there are vacancies for inspection services in the foundry of ArcelorMittal Temirtau.
As Zh.T. Smailov noted: “Our competitive advantages are success in the market, global network, employee development, a culture of openness, trust, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm. We undertake only those projects where we guarantee a 100% result. Our campaign is, first and foremost, a team of professionals, to which we invite you today! ”
Both meetings were held in a friendly atmosphere. At the end of the event, everyone was able to take booklets and learn more about the area of activity of the present employers.
Holding such events is very important for our graduate students. After all, this is a great opportunity to meet and talk with employers, to learn about all the possible offers of potential employers both in terms of the content of the work and in terms of its conditions, as well as directly learn about the features of their future profession and give them confidence in solving the problem of future employment and self-realization.
Career Center KSIU thanks employers for their cooperation and invites you to participate in future joint projects.
