Within the framework of the project «KarIU – the territory of a healthy lifestyle», the department «History of Kazakhstan, social and humanitarian disciplines and physical education» held a competition for the best online gymnastics among university students.

To participate in the competition, 26 people were registered who competed in the individual championship, and 7 couples. All applicants prepared their own set of exercises, recorded and sent video materials.

The panel of judges, which included teachers of the «Physical Education» section and gymnasts, determined the prize-winners and winners according to the following criteria: the level of difficulty of exercises, musical accompaniment and the correctness of their implementation.

Note that the most active part was taken by the Faculty of Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering.

According to the results of the competition, the places were distributed as follows:

In order to expand the availability of education in colleges and universities in Kazakhstan, applicants and students can receive unsecured student loans with a deferral to pay the principal for a period of up to 10 years. The guarantee of the Financial Center under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan acts as collateral for loans.

Benefits:

• grace period (deferral): repayment of the principal amount is made with the expiration of the term of study and 6 months after the end of the study;
• long term of crediting: up to 10 years, with the possibility of early repayment without levying penalties;

Registration steps:

STEP 1 – the applicant / student applies to Nurbank or the Financial Center for consultation, collects the necessary documents and submits them to Nurbank in their region or at the place of study;

STEP 2 – after a positive decision by Nurbank and the Financial Center, a loan agreement is concluded with the bank, and the loan amount is transferred to the account of the educational institution;

To obtain a student loan, one / two co-borrowers are required who have income from their main place of work and pension contributions for the last 6 months.

The university continues the events held within the framework of the celebration of the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students take an active part in screenings of the film «7 Facets of Independence». The main goal of the events is to promote the values achieved during the years of the country’s independence.

The department «History of Kazakhstan and social and humanitarian disciplines» from 23 to 24 November held a set of events within the discipline «Modern history of Kazakhstan», which took place in the form of online lessons.

In addition, a cycle of curatorial hours was held dedicated to the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N.A. in strengthening the foundations of independence. The students were shown a documentary film «7 Facets of Independence». Particular attention was paid to the path of the unique «Kazakhstan model of development» of interethnic unity and interfaith harmony, which has become an example of maintaining peace and stability for other countries, and the achievements achieved over 29 years of independence.

In order to promote the state anti-corruption policy, attract attention to the problem of combating corruption in modern society, as well as to form an anti-corruption culture and “zero” tolerance for corruption, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for anti-corruption in the Karaganda region holds a video contest “Parasatty qoǵam”. Videos made (created) by any available means that correspond to the subject and conditions of the contest are allowed to enter the contest.
