Republican scientific and methodological conference “INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN EDUCATION” will be held at Karaganda Industrial University

On November 29, 2022, the Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference «Innovative approaches in Education» will be held at Karaganda Industrial University.

The conference is held in order to create a space for an open dialogue between representatives of the educational environment, exchange of best practices in education. The conference participants will discuss issues related to the introduction of new approaches to the academic processes related to the methods of innovative education, new developments and achievements in the field of educational technologies, forms of methodological support for innovative education, the organization of independent work of students. The conference will also feature reports on the use of information technologies in the educational process, intercultural communication, topical issues of integrity education and anti-corruption.

The conference will be attended by teachers, methodologists, undergraduates, doctoral students from universities, colleges and schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan. More than 70 reports were presented to participate in the conference.

The Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of Karaganda Industrial University, academician Abdrasilov Bolatbek Serikbayevich and the Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Karaganda region Tyuleubaev Murat Akhtanovich will make a welcoming speech.

The Conference will begin its work with a plenary session at which reports will be heard:

1.Mr. Ertan Yildirim, PhD, Associate Professor of Gazi University, Istanbul, Turkey;

2.Mr. Oleinik Vasily Ivanovich, Head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of the NAO “Karaganda University named after E.Buketov”;

3.Ms. Kapasheva Zhania Kudaibergenovna, Senior Lecturer of the Department of General Education Disciplines.

After the plenary session , the work of the conference will continue in the following focus groups:

1.Academic integrity as the basis for the sustainable development of the university.

2. Digitalization of teaching and learning.

3. New technologies and trends in education.

4. The role of educational and methodological associations in improving the quality of training specialists.

As part of the conference, an expanded meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association of the Republican Scientific and Methodological Council in the field of Metallurgy will be held.

According to the results of the conference, it is planned to release an electronic collection of materials, which will be posted on the official website of CarIU (https://tttu.edu.kz /).

The grand opening of the conference will take place on November 29 at 10.00 o’clock, in the 223 rd room of the new building of the Map (Temirtau, Republic Avenue 30).
