The contact center’s working hours are weekdays from 9:00 to 18:30. Saturday and Sunday are days off.

«The call center receives an average of more than 300 calls every day. Citizens address various issues of preschool, secondary, technical and vocational, higher and postgraduate education. Specialists give explanations to each applicant. Most of all, students and parents are interested in how to enroll, how to choose a university, how to transfer from one university to another and other issues», said Kamil Akatov, vice minister of science and higher education.
