ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS AMONG STUDENTS FOR STUDY ABROAD!!!

The acceptance of documents for studying abroad among students under the academic mobility program for the autumn semester of the 2022-2023 academic year has started.

Who can participate:

* 1st and 2nd year undergraduate students studying on a grant basis.

Note: students on a contractual basis (students on a paid basis) cannot participate in the competition.

The grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan covers the following expenses:

– Insurance;

– Visa;

– Plane ticket (round trip);

– Accommodation (for a period of 120 days).

In accordance with the Order of the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19 , 2008 No. 613, applicants submit the following documents to participate in the competition for study abroad:

  1. student’s application form (appendix);
  2. passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan (color copy);
  3. transcript of current academic performance, certified by the seal of the university;
  4. Document confirming the level of English language proficiency:

* internationally recognized certificate confirming the level of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL) ;

* Test results of Kazakhstan University (not lower than B2 level);

5. Medical certificate in form No. 072/y, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. MZ-175/2020 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579) ;

6. written consent of the parents (guardians, legal representatives) of the applicant, who has not reached the age of eighteen, to travel abroad;

7. a document confirming that the student is a large family;

8. a document confirming the absence of the student’s parents (for students of the category of orphans or students left without parental care);

9. certificate of disability, if available.

Deadline for receiving documents: April 19, 2022

Documents info@tttu.edu.kz and dep.international@tttu.edu.kz it must be sent to an email in an archived file in ZIP, rar format. In the subject of the letter, you must specify the student’s full name – academic mobility.
