Despite the fairly good level of theoretical and practical skills obtained at the university, future specialists after graduating from the university are not ready for the forthcoming work in production in moral, psychological or emotional terms. Bad mood, disappointment in the profession, lack of sleep, emotional burnout, problems with potency, neuroses, depression … All these concepts are increasingly becoming integral companions of young professionals who have just made their first steps in production. The main reason for these negative effects is the lack of skills in planning their work and free time.

In order to close this gap for the graduates of the Department of Metal Forming by Pressure, within the framework of the Methodological Week, a master class «I and Production» was organized by Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Metal Formation Amanzholov Zh.K. -the pedagogical experience also possesses vast production experience.

This master class was aimed at developing students’ systems thinking, communication skills, managerial skills in production, the ability to rationally plan their working and free time for the most effective performance.
