Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 29 at the end of the application process, who are laureates of international and national competitions, festivals and exhibitions, prize-winners and winners of sports competitions at the national and international levels, as well as candidates whose activities are innovative and contribute to the development of the relevant industry and society as a whole, apply for the award.

Central, local and other state bodies, public associations and other legal entities registered in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, send:

1) a copy of the candidate’s identity card;

2) the registration application form in accordance with the Annex to this Rule (signed by the head of the organization);

3) application and certificate of achievement of the award applicant (signed by the head of the organization);

4) copies of award diplomas, certificates of appreciation (if available);

5) copies of articles, publications of the candidate or about the candidate (if available);

6) other supporting materials about the candidate’s achievements (if available). The authorized body accepts and registers the received documents for the award applicant and submits them to the commission for consideration.
