“Career week “of JSC” ArcelorMittal Temirtau ” started on October 2. The purpose of this event is to organize a meeting of the employer and future employees, as well as to help students find employment at the company’s enterprises, and applicants-to decide on the choice of future profession. This kind of event is held in JSC “ArcelorMittal Temirtau” for the first time.

The event was attended by more than three hundred students and applicants of Temirtau and Karaganda, including students of Karaganda state industrial University.

As part of the “Career week” for all participants three days in a row, the leaders of the company “ArcelorMittal Temirtau” Executive Director Vadim basin, Director of the coal Department Andrei Chernomaz, Director of LLP “Orken” Victor Gafiulov, acting Director of personnel Vera Tereshkina, Director of cold hire Eugene Hicko and other invited speakers held trainings, master classes and lectures in the following areas: Finance, marketing, metallurgy, mining and many others. In addition, students were told about the company’s social policy and opportunities for training and development of employees.

Unusual photo zones with interesting entertainment were organized for the participants of the” Career week ” in the lobby of ArcelorMittal University Campus Kazakhstan. Natalia Plokhikh, head of the personnel training and development Department of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC, told about the plans for the future, and that this event will be held on an annual basis.
