Promising innovations and technologies

KGIU Masters Zhandarbek Almaniyazov and Gulzhaina Esbolova (PhD Violetta Andreyashchenko) took part in the 2nd Republican Scientific and Practical Workshop “Young Energy for Industrial and Innovative Development of Kazakhstan”, which was held on November 23-24 as part of the state program of industrial and innovative development of the Republic Kazakhstan for 2015-2019.
Within the framework of the cooperation organized by the Department of Commercialization of Technologies of ENU. Gumilev, a contest was held to determine the best innovative project of undergraduates studying in GPIIIR. Within a day projects of 75 candidates from five Kazakhstan universities were presented. The purpose of this contest was to identify the most promising innovations and technologies to ensure sustainable growth of the country’s economy and create the conditions for the disclosure and realization of the creative abilities and potential of youth through involvement in scientific and innovative activities.
Winners in the nominations “Best Speaker”, “Best Presentation”, “Best Innovative Aspect”, “Best Creative Project”, “Best Commercialized Aspect” in the sections “Chemistry and Mettalurgy”, “Biotechnology, Food Engineering and Food Production” “Technological equipment, mechanical engineering, construction”, “Automation and Information Technologies” received well-deserved awards.
As a result of the seminar, master students of Karaganda State Industrial University Zhandarbek Almanyazov and Gulzhaina Esbolova received certificates for active participation in the seminar. Gulzhaina’s work won the “Best Creative Project” nomination. Its theme is “Analysis of the melting products of the furnace of the Early Iron Age of the Alat Settlement of the Kent Mountains”.
As members of the competitive commission noted, during the presentation of the projects of undergraduates a lot of interesting information was announced. The graduates shared their experience with colleagues from other universities, and the projects presented at the seminar can be of great benefit in the development of the economy of Kazakhstan.
