Education: in 1996, she graduated with honors from the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute (plant-vtuz) with a degree in Economics and management in industry. Defense of the candidate’s dissertation on the topic: «Improving the efficiency of the use of secondary resources of metallurgical production» (2007, KEUK, Karaganda).

In 2015, the Association of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the bronze medal named after A. Baitursynov for long-term and fruitful contribution to the development of the education and science system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2016 and 2019, she was awarded an Honorary diploma of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
