Sarekenov Kabidolla Zulkashevich
Kazakh scientist, metallurgist, professor, doctor of technical sciences (2005), corresponding member of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2004). Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology (2003).
Education
In 1966 he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, in 1968 – the VTUZ plant at the Karaganda Metallurgical Plant. In 1968-1974 he studied at graduate school at the Chemical and Metallurgical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR.
Work way
In 1960-1968 he worked as a cast iron, a furnace for a blast furnace shop of the Karaganda metallurgical plant. In 1974-1978 – a gasman, then the production master of the blast furnace shop of the city of Temirtau.
Later on party work. In 1978-1985 – deputy secretary of the party committee of the Karaganda metallurgical plant, secretary of the district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, the city committee of the city of Temirtau.
In 1985-1988 he worked as chairman of the city executive committee Temirtau.
In 1988-1991 – head of the scientific and technical department of the Gossnab of the Kazakh SSR, in 1991-1997 – chief manager of the KRAMDS corporation, President of KRAMDS-Stom.
In 1997-2001, he headed the Astana Tax Committee of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Chairman of the Agency, Committee on State Material Reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 2001 to December 2007.
Since late 2007, retired. In 2008, he continued to work as the chief scientific associate of the Chemical and Metallurgical Institute named after D. Abishev.
Research activity
The author of more than 40 scientific papers and one invention in the field of ferrous metallurgy.
