2.The document on education (original and copy);

3.Medical certificate on form no. 086-U (fluorography image);

4.Copy of the vaccination card (f. 063);

5. the photos of 3*4cm;

6.Copy of ID card (birth certificate);

7.A copy of the certificate of registration of an individual identification number (IIN);

8.A copy of the certificate of attribution or military ID (for boys, 11 classes, full-time training);

9.A copy of the work record certified at the place of work (for applicants to the correspondence Department);

10.Folder, file, envelope
