1989-1992 years – education in full-time postgraduate study at the Department of Political Sociology of Humanities Faculties of Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov with a thesis on specialty 23.00.02. “Political institutions and processes” and awarding the academic degree of a candidate of political science;

1979-1981 years- Assistant of the Department of History of the CPSS of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Road-Construction Institute;

1981-1984 years – Assistant of the Department of Philosophy and Scientific Communism of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Road-Construction Institute;

1984-1989 years. – Head of the Cabinet of Social Sciences, Assistant of the Department of Scientific Communism of the plant- HTEI at KMC (now KSIU);

1994-1996 years. – Head of the Department of Culturology of KarmetI (now KSIU);

1996-2008 years. –Head of the Department of Social and Humanities Sciences, later transformed into the Chair of Philosophy and Social-Humanities Scienses at the KSIU;

2008-2010 years. – Acting pro-rector on educational work of KSIU;
