On October 1, 2019, students and faculty of KIU took an active part in the regional scientific and practical conference “The Origins of the big metal”, within the framework of the state program “rukhani zhangyru”, organized by the Temirtau city Museum of local history.

Two Republican scientific and practical conferences concerning the history of metallurgy of Central Kazakhstan were held on the basis of the historical Museum of Temirtau in 2017-2018. In 2019, within the framework of the project, the regional akimat initiated a research expedition to the ancient settlement of metallurgists Alat in Karkaraly district. The purpose of the expedition was a set of experimental research activities to collect and promote the history of the formation of metallurgy in Central Kazakhstan.

During the expedition, the metallurgical furnaces of the bronze age and the early iron age were reconstructed on the mother plateau, where the workshops of ancient metallurgists were located more than 3000 thousand years ago. For the first time in the history of Kazakhstan experimental archaeology, a unique melting of bronze and iron was carried out simultaneously, taking into account the production technologies of that time.

The result of three years of research activities with documentary, archival materials, the results of experimental expedition work was a new exhibition area “Settlement of ancient metallurgists”, located on the square in front of the Museum. It is a production metallurgical site of the early iron age with a furnace for melting metal, a hearth for firing charcoal and a residential shed.

Behind the iron bars is a historical reconstruction of the “Settlement of metallurgists of the early iron age”. Where there is a small shed, as well as a model of an ancient metallurgical furnace.

Dinara kenesovna in his speech spoke about the relevance of the presented methodical literature for the study of history of metallurgy in the curriculum: “writing the book “the Origins of the big metal Central Kazakhstan” was conducted research, sent scientific-practical expedition led by Professor KIU Amanzholova J. Amanzholov zhuman Kalykovich-candidate of technical Sciences, associate Professor of the Department “metal processing by pressure” KGIU, member of the expedition “the Origins of the big metal” noted: “the Analogy of such a furnace was found for the first time in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia, where iron was produced.” Zhuman Kalykovich has been studying the history of copper smelting on the territory of Central Kazakhstan for several years, repeatedly taking part in archaeological research on the excavation of ancient metallurgy sites.

The result of the project was a set of useful methodological products. Among them is a film about the melting of metal and the expedition itself, a book with scientific articles, a comic book in which the history of the early iron age and the formation of Temirtau. As well as postcards with reproductions of paintings by Temirtau artists, their masters made, based on the stories of archaeologists.

The uniqueness of the Map is that it is integrated with the database of the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, and thus, information about criminal offenses automatically appears on the Map immediately after the registration of the application to the police.

“You can see the location, time and type of crime, as well as all the information about the persons who committed the crime. Also, displays the dynamics of crime in the region. People can find out how criminal the area is, compare neighborhoods, streets or houses with each other. In the maps reflected the crimes committed at any point of Kazakhstan”, – said the Prosecutor Battalova G. S.

In a similar way, “a map of crimes committed by minors”, “a Map of persons who have committed sexual violence against minors” and “an accident Map”work.

Summing up the results of the seminar, the Director of the DDA and MP Salpenova M. M. noted that it is important to lead the right way of life, not to break the law, as any violation, even minor hooliganism, is recorded in the database of the Committee of legal statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the future may be a serious obstacle to employment in law enforcement agencies and public service.

В Карагандинском государственном индустриальном университете 1 сентября прошло торжественное собрание, посвященное Дню Конституции и Дню Знаний. Почетными гостями стали первый зампредседателя областного филиала партии «Нур Отан» Оспанова К. Б., соратники Первого Президента РК, депутаты областного и городского маслихатов.

КГИУ – первое высшее учебное заведение в городе Темиртау. Его история связана, прежде всего, с историей Казахстанской Магнитки. Интенсивное развитие металлургии в стране потребовало подготовки инженерных кадров по доменному, сталеплавильному и прокатному производствам. С этой целью, согласно Постановлению Совета Министров СССР от 31 января 1958 года, в Темиртау открылся вечерний филиал Карагандинского политехнического института, который в 1963 году был преобразован в завод-втуз при Карагандинском металлургическом заводе. В год открытия завода-втуза в нем был всего один факультет, в состав которого входили две кафедры. Подготовка студентов осуществлялась по 5 специальностям.

В марте 1993 года завод-втуз при КМК был переименован в Карагандинский металлургический институт. А ровно десять лет назад, в 2006 году, на базе КарМетИ Постановлением Правительства РК был создан Карагандинский государственный индустриальный университет.

За годы существования вузом подготовлено около 20 тысяч высококвалифицированных специалистов для химической, металлургической, строительной и других отраслей. В настоящее время 90% инженерно-технических кадров региона и около 70% начальников цехов и высшего руководства АО «АрселорМиттал Темиртау» составляют выпускники КГИУ. Специалисты, подготовленные университетом, пользуются спросом на рынке труда республики и стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. Гордостью вуза является его выпускник – Первый Президент Республики Казахстан Нурсултан Абишевич Назарбаев.

Много добрых слов было сказано 1 сентября со сцены. Кроме гостей в этот день в зале собрались не только руководители, преподаватели и нынешние студенты, но и первокурсники, приехавшие из всей Карагандинской области, а также из южных районов страны по государственной программе «Мәнгілік-Ел жастары – индустрияға» – «Серпін-2050».

Самым торжественным моментом стало вручение высших наград Министерства образования и науки РК лучшим преподавателям и сотрудникам КГИУ. Ректор университета Ибатов М. К. вручил нагрудный знак «Почетный работник образования РК» проректору по учебной работе, к.т.н., почетному профессору КГИУ Жаксыбаевой Г.Ш. Нагрудный знак им. Ыбрая Алтынсарина вручен проректору по АХР, к.х.н., почетному профессору Мусиной Г. Н. Благодарственными письмами МОН РК награждены директор департамента по науке и инновациям, доктор PhD Аменова А. А. и зав. кафедрой «Металлургия и материаловедение», доктор PhD Толеуова А. Р.

Нагрудный знак «За особые заслуги перед КГИУ» и благодарственное письмо ректора получила вышедшая на пенсию методист департамента по академическим вопросам Утепбергенова М. Н., в чьей трудовой книжке – всего лишь одна запись, красноречиво свидетельствующая о преданности выбранному когда-то делу.

Соратник Первого Президента РК Омашев К. О. вручил Почетные грамоты акима г. Темиртау за большой вклад в развитие образования и науки РК доценту кафедры «История Казахстана и общеобразовательные дисциплины» Байгабатову Т. С. и доценту кафедры «ОМД» Быхину Б. Б. Затем оба старейших преподавателя вуза обратились к залу со словами благодарности за оценку их многолетней работы, а также напутствиями в адрес молодежи.

Следующей с приветственным словом к собравшимся обратилась уважаемая гостья, первый заместитель Председателя областного филиала партии «Нур Отан» Оспанова К. Б. После чего был назван победитель университетского конкурса «Лучший преподаватель» – им стала профессор кафедры «Менеджмент и бизнес» Гельманова З. С. Кроме того, ректор университета Ибатов М. К. вручил ей нагрудный знак «За особые заслуги перед КГИУ».

Были подведены итоги еще нескольких конкурсов. Лучшими кураторами признаны Кенжебаева Т. С. (ФТМиА) и Абдикарим Н. А. (ФМиС). В конкурсе кафедр первое место присуждено кафедре «Электроэнергетика и автоматизация технических систем». Призом стал компьютер последнего поколения. Второе место и многофункциональное устройство в качестве приза досталось кафедре «Обработка металлов давлением», третье место и принтер – кафедре «Строительство и теплоэнергетика».

Руководство университета и члены комиссии очень долго не могли выбрать лучший факультет, так как на каждом проводится огромная работа на высшем уровне. В итоге было решено, что все достойны первого места. Деканатам ФТМиА, ФМиС, ЭФ были вручены многофункциональными устройствами.

За добросовестный труд, ответственное отношение к работе и в честь Дня Конституции РК награждены благодарственными письмами ректора старший преподаватель кафедры «ИТиЕНД» Шаяхметова Г. А., преподаватель кафедры «СиТ» Камарова С. Н., лаборант кафедры «ТМиТ» Кыдырбаева С. Ж. и другие. За добросовестное отношение к работе, выполнение и перевыполнение всех планов АХЧ, отделу кадров и бухгалтерии вручены многофункциональные устройства от ректората.

В финале к первокурсникам обратились активисты университета, отличившиеся в разных сферах. Они подчеркнули: те, кто влился в их ряды на ближайшие четыре года, имеют все возможности для того, чтобы стать самыми активными участниками всех ярких и интересных мероприятий, проводимых в университете. Проректор по учебной работе Жаксыбаева Г. Ш. вручила благодарственные письма студентам-активистам – Карипжанову С., Есимхановой А., Араповой З., Балкыбекову А., Абзалбеку Н., Абилхасымовой А., Алибаевой С., Ташкенбаеву А., Сапар А. и Турсынбеку С.
