Spiritual harmony is the way to the unity of the people.
In 1992 , the first World Congress of spiritual accord was held in Almaty . The participants of this congress adopted a manifesto declaring October 18 as the Day of Spiritual Harmony – the day of ending conflicts, seeking peace, charity and helping one’s neighbor.
Since then, the purpose of celebrating this day is to unite representatives of 17 faiths and more than 130 nationalities, to create stability and tranquility.
Spiritual harmony has firmly consolidated the common values inherent in our nation: respect for elders, respect for family, care for children, hospitality, peace, friendship, cohesion. The peace and unity of our people is a great reason for the prosperity and progress of our country. To appreciate this wealth, to invest it in the hearts of the younger generation is the key to a bright future for our country.
Students of our university together with the Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy, the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Center for Analysis of Interfaith Relations of Temirtau took an active part in the action dedicated to the Day of Spiritual Harmony.
It is worth noting that the students of our university do not divide anyone by nationality, respect the language, customs and culture of each nation.
Our students are for friendship, peace and unity!
This conference was organized jointly with the Karaganda Regional House of Friendship, the Department of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and the Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy of the Karaganda Industrial University.
The speaker of the online conference was a member of the Council of Mothers of the APK of the Karaganda region, a mother of many children Kanikar Altyn.
The main purpose of the meeting is the formation of the institution of the family, the creation of conditions for interaction in the family and awareness of the importance of parental responsibilities. Identification of parents’ attitude to the concept of “peace”, formation, strengthening, development of a positive emotional state.
To educate students in benevolence, caring, responsiveness. Instilling best practices, worldview, attitude to life.
During the conference, Altyn gave exhaustive answers to the questions posed, as well as gave useful advice to students and expressed her warm wishes.

On October 6, 2021, an online seminar was held at the Karaganda Industrial University on the topic «Anti-terrorist exercises. Safety engineering, fire safety».

The head of the university staff – Nurzhan Daurenbekovich Abildaev, the engineer of safety, civil defense and emergency situations – Erdauletova Altynai Toizhanovna. The online seminar was attended by students and faculty.
The purpose of the event was to highlight preventive work to counter terrorist activities, safety, fire safety.Within the framework of the meeting-conversations, thematic videos were shown about step-by-step instructions on how to ensure anti-terrorist security of an educational organization, how to act in such situations. Preventive booklets, anti-terror, fire safety and safety memos were also sent to the participants of the events.
The designated topic was identified as relevant and significant, therefore the seminar was of a theoretical and educational nature.
