Topic for discussion: Humanistic philosophy and pragmatic policy of education: conflict or dialogue?

Problem field: Continuous education and national frame of qualifications.
Topic for discussion: Formal, non-formal and informal education: to what extent is it possible nowadays to accept learning outcomes, regardless of the form of education?
Roundtable 3
Problem field: Society of universal labor and education throughout life: the definition of qualifications in terms of learning outcomes.
Topic for discussion: Who, how and when is carrying out planning, assessment and acceptance of qualifications, defined in terms of learning outcomes?

Problem field:Transformation ofthe character of laborand demand forconstant updatingof competences.
Topic for discussion: How can vocational education system respond to the mobility and flexibility of labor market?

Problem field: Market mechanism for planning the professional career of a teacher in the context of continuous education.
Topic for discussion: What is the involvement of local authorities, educational institutions and business in the professional growth of a teacher?
REQUIRMENTS TO THE MATERIALS
– computer text: no more than six pages (A4), Times New Roman size 14 (MS WORD), line spacing 1.5 throughout, the page settings: top and bottom fields- 2 cm;left field- 3 cm,right field – 1.5 cm;
– title of a report or message should be printed in CAPITAL letters, under the title – in lower case initials and surname of the author(s);
– organization nameshould be printed in lowercase and separately;
– illustrations (tables, figures, etc.) should be attached as a separate fileto the text articles (resolution of illustrations is at least 300 dpi, the width is not less than 140 mm – standard width of the A5 sheet);
– reports in Kazakh, Russian or English, with the application form are accepted until August 15, 2014;
– report without application is not accepted;
– the registration fee for participation in the conference is $ 100 (at the exchange rate of Tenge per day of transfer);
– registration fee is transferred only after receiving the confirmation that the report is included in the conference program;
– participationin one report of more than two authorsis not welcome;
– text of the report and the application (if multiple authors, the application should be filled in for each author) submit to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: k.shupshibaev@nao.kz
– all accepted papers will be published by the Organizing Committee in Kazakh, Russian and English languages before the Conference.
