Congratulations on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Basic Law of our country has become a solid foundation of Independence, the guarantor of the successful development and international authority of Kazakhstan in the world arena.

As the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elbasy, Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, noted in one of his speeches: «On August 30, 1995, at the referendum on the Constitution, we chose the only correct path.»  Indeed, by its content and purpose, the Constitution is the political program of the state.  It defines Kazakhstan’s vision of its place in the world, the path along which our country develops and defines the main guidelines on this path.  The Basic Law defines the ideology of the country, which includes values, principles of relations in society, relations between people and authorities, which now exist in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From the very first day of Independence, the Constitution has become a powerful factor in the growth of prosperity, stability and helped all of us to realize ourselves as a single people, united by a single territory and historical identity.

All the achievements of sovereign Kazakhstan are a concrete result of the implementation of the Constitution and the legislation adopted on its basis.

The Constitution made it possible to create a new society, a new state, a new economy, a new history of Kazakhstan as a solid foundation.  Thanks to her, the fertile land of Kazakhstan provided equal opportunities for the development of all Kazakhstanis of various ethnic groups, but linked by a common historical destiny.

On August 23, the results of the action «Get vaccinated against COVID-19 and win a prize!» Were summed up on the platform of the official Instagram account of Karaganda Industrial University.  The action started at our university on July 1 of this year.

Students of KarIU, who received vaccinations and sent vaccination passports, could become participants in the action.  The winners were selected by the method of generating random numbers using the automatic system Randomus.
