To participate in the competition, you must submit the following documents:

Summary.

Personal sheet of personnel records (3 photos).

A copy of your identity card.

Autobiography.

Copies of diplomas of higher education and academic degree, certificate of academic title and originals for verification.

Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification.

Certified list of scientific publications and patents (if any).

Medical certificate in the form U075, approved by order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vaccination passport.

A certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

A certificate from a narcological organization that the participant of the competition is not in the form according to Appendix No. 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a narcological organization” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272 ​​(Register of state registration normative legal acts No. 11304).

A certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272 ​​(Register state registration of normative legal acts No. 11304).

Presentation of the disciplines that the participant of the competition for filling vacant positions of the teaching staff applies for teaching (in electronic form, no more than 10 slides), presentation of the development of educational programs for applicants for the position of head of the department, development of faculties for applicants for the position of deans.

Additional information regarding education, work experience, professional level (recommendations from the management from the previous place of work, etc.).
