ON DEVELOPMENT ISSUES OF SCIENCE

  • Traditionally, the President pays great attention to the development of science. Scientists have long raised the issue of insufficiently effective implementation of the norm of 1% deductions by subsoil users for the development of science and technology.

  • The initiative of annual scientific internships in leading research centers will allow our scientists, through joint work with foreign scientists, to conduct joint research, which, in turn, will increase their effectiveness.
  • The President’s message also reflected a long-standing proposal from scientists. Will be prepared an individual program document on scientific and technological development of the country. When formulating the main provisions, we will conduct extensive consultations with the scientific community, international experience will be taken into account.
