On October 24, 2019, students of Karaganda state industrial University took an active part in a large-scale youth flash mob action # NO! TERRORISM! NO! EXTREMISM

This youth action was carried out jointly with the Temirtau youth club within the framework of the action plan to combat corruption, as well as the action plan to combat religious extremism and terrorism.

The event was held in the Central square of our University, where citizens were informed about the main manifestations of extremism on the Internet and about the procedure for action in case of terrorist and extremist manifestations.

The participants of the flash mob action were United in the opinion that in order to successfully confront the threat of the spread of extremism and terrorism, it is necessary to unite all sensible members of society, everyone who cares about peace and hates violence.

October 15, 2019 in Karaganda industrial university in order to promote among the younger generation of honesty and integrity, as well as improving the anti-corruption culture of students of 1-3 courses was held a single information hour “hour of honesty” with the participation of veterans of the University.

The main purpose of this event was the formation of anti-corruption worldview, the atmosphere of intolerance to any manifestations of corruption, as well as the education of honesty, responsibility for their own actions, deeds, consciousness and social activity of students.

On this day, students were able to learn in detail about the various manifestations of such a phenomenon as corruption, its consequences, combating corruption. Young people actively discussed issues related to the anti-social problem of Kazakhstan’s society and, of course, came to the conclusion that corruption should be fought by everyone and young people are the driving force in this issue. In addition, during the conversation, students were able to Express their opinions on the effectiveness of measures taken to combat corruption, noted the importance of measures to prevent corruption.  Opinions were expressed that every citizen of Kazakhstan should start, first of all, with himself.
