Every year, within the framework of international cooperation, professors of the world’s leading foreign universities conduct lectures, scientific conferences and forums for students of our university on an ongoing basis. The current situation related to the coronavirus pandemic has made its own adjustments, and this year such lectures are being held online.

Currently, first-year students of the TFP-4k -1 group study under the strict guidance of Alessandro Figus, Professor of the Research Center for Intelligence and Strategic Studies at Link Campus University (Italy), and through distance technology, study the discipline “Social, health, pharmaceutical and quality standard public policies”

The content of the lecture by Professor Alessandro Figus is devoted to the issues and main directions of state policy in the field of health care.

This partnership contributes to the development of virtual academic mobility and the strengthening of international relations.

I would like to note that Karaganda Industrial University has a very rich history, as well as solid experience in research work in metallurgy, energy, mechanical engineering, construction, economics, business and IT technologies. He is actively working to establish international relations in research and educational activities and on an ongoing basis strengthens partnerships with foreign colleagues, both within the framework of existing educational programs and in the future.

Within the framework of the national project “Marathon of Good Deeds”, initiated by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on April 8, 2021 at the Karaganda Industrial University, the Youth Affairs Committee held an action “Day of Kindness”, in which students, employees and the composition of the university.

The main goal of the action is to create a favorable atmosphere for doing good deeds!

As part of the action, KDM activists greeted everyone and handed out small discoveries with quotes from great thinkers: Abai Kunanbayev, Oljas Suleimenov and other philosophers about life values, help, kindness and human abilities. Also, everyone left their wishes on the tree of Good.

Undoubtedly, such actions should be carried out as often as possible, since they contribute to the development of positive qualities of character, contribute to team building, motivate society to do good deeds, good deeds for the benefit of other people. Every person on our planet should remember that he can freely carry out good deeds on the basis of voluntariness, individually or by uniting with others. After all, politeness and good manners are absolutely necessary in order to adorn any other virtues and talents.

A meeting of graduates with employees of the city employment center was held at the Karaganda Industrial University. Employment issues were discussed at the meeting. Employees of the employment center Bakhyt, Chakar and Ekaterina Maleeva spoke in detail about the directions of the state program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 «Enbek». In addition, the graduates of the university were familiarized with the available vacancies in the labor market of the city of Temirtau and the region. Support of young specialists from the state, the possibility of starting their own business, providing housing – were the most asked questions among graduates.

Also at the meeting, the head of the «Career» center gave explanations on the issues of training young specialists who graduated from the state educational grant.

The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue.

The military department of the NJSC «Karaganda Technical University» is recruiting students for training under the programs of training reserve officers and sergeants.

Since February 22, 2021, documents are being accepted for training at the military department.

For training under the training program for reserve officers, documents are accepted from students (boys and girls) of the first (with 4-year training) and second courses (with 5-year training) only full-time education, who have citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aged up to 24 years fit for military service for health reasons.

For training in the training program for reserve sergeants, documents are accepted from students (boys) of the first, second (with 4-year training), the first abbreviated form and the first, second, third courses (with 5-year training) only full-time citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the age of 24, fit for military service for health reasons.

To receive information and referral to the medical commission, you must personally arrive at the address: Karaganda, St. Yubileinaya 33, office 204. On World History Day March 26-27, 2021 Dinara Kenesovna, head of the ANK department of the ANK, took part in the Republican, teaching scientific and methodical webinar with international participation on the theme «The cooperation of the ANK departments with museums and archives for the preservation of historical memory (on the example of the universities of karaganda region) organized by the Karaganda University of the name of E.A. Buketov together with the Association of the People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan Representatives of state bodies, civil society institutions, scientific structures, university scientists, fatherlyand foreign experts spoke at the webinar.

The aim of the webinar was to constructively discuss the methods of further development of the interaction of THEC departments, scientific and educational structures, civil society institutions, and international experience in preserving the common historical memory. The work of the webinar took place under the sensitive leadership of Kalashnikovoy Natalia Pavlovna, head of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, I.L.N. Gumilev, a memberofthe State Commission for the Complete Rehabilitation of Victims of PolyticRepression, Chairman of the Association of Chairs of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan «Shanyrak»,Ph.D. political sciences; Yuman Seinegabdenovna, head ofthe Department of History of Kazakhstan and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan karaganda University, E.A. Buketova, PhD, on the online platform (uniting more than 130 participants) created an atmosphere of creative, scientific exchange of experience, generalization of proposals and recommendations on this societyof newsignificant, scientific and applied issues.

First, the documentary film «Тарихтан тағылым – өткенге тағзым» was presented, dedicated to the topic of preserving historical memory and experience in this direction of the Department of History and ANK of Karaganda University by E.A. Buketov.

In the final part of the webinar, reports of the faculty of the universities of the republic were presented, presentations prepared by the Association of Departments of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan «Shayr» were presented: a collection of materials of the third Republican scientific and methodical webinar «Improving the mechanisms of interaction of the ANK departments with ethnocultural communities: from the experience of the Southern region»; «A review of new publications on the topic of historical memory.» Kazakhstan is carrying out a tremendous work to rehabilitate the victims of political repression,not all the names ofthe repressed have been identified, and the oral histories of those tragic events have not been collected. Throughout the Independence Period, the Books of Sorrow have been published and this work continues, including through the efforts of the working groups of the State Commission for the Complete Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression.

On the initiative of the Association of Departments of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Shayr, supported by the leadership of the EDU and KarU, will be published a collection of webinar materials, it will be a kind of overview of practices and generalization of proposals to preserve and strengthen the common historical memory.
